The ExLaws are a classic good time Rock n’ Roll band from the future. A healthy mix of 70s/80s guitar rock, punk attitude and outlaw country spirit they refer to as “Punktry”. Songs like “Gas Station Chicken”, “Back to Dodge” and the duet “Wanted in Alabama” (with Bethany Kidd) are crowd Favorites. Vic Burgess (AKA Baz Shaw) formerly of such bands as The Orange Julians, Death Valley Driver, River City Hustlers and Casey Adams Band, has been in the Chattanooga scene for over 25 years and is known as one of the area’s best songwriters. Together with longtime drummer Randy Brown (AKA Hawk) formerly of Southern Love Kills and former The Moscatos & Deadlight Radio (from the ATL) members – guitar/songwriting sensation Troubadour Stone (Hunter Stone) and Captain Tito steering the ship on bass guitar The ExLaws are quickly becoming one of the most beloved bands in Chattanooga. They are currently recording their third album at Sound Shop Studios in 2076 for A European Record Label entitled “Rock-N-Roll Placebo”.
“The ExLaws are one of my favorite bands to ever play Mayo’s! They bring great entertainment, amazing talent AND always a fun crowd!”
